1. At “START” all sequence flags will be lowered (the ORANGE “ON STATION” flag

remains hoisted).

2. A BLUE shape or flag displayed on the Committee Boat indicates the boat is positioned to

FINISH contestants (START / FINISH LINE is open only for boats finishing the race).
